Vietnam Inbound Packages - Terms & Conditions

Validity : May until Sep 2010, not valid in National holidays : April 30th, May 01st and high peak season : christmas, new year, lunar new year. and the price will be update regularly

Policy :
- Tour Fares : based on 1 adult and are subject to change without prior notice
- For any cancellation made by clients en route, no refunds would be given
- For any cancellation due to force majeure, refunds of meals, admission fees, air ticket would be considered
- Under 02 years of age, no bed - sharing room with parents : 0% of tour fare + 10% of domestic air fare (if any)
- From 02-under 12 years of age, no bed, sharing room with parents : 50% of tour fare + 75% of domestic air fare (if any)
- From under 02-under 12 years of age, with extra bed, sharing room with parents : 75% of tour fare + 75% of domestic air fare (if any)
- From 12 years of age upwards - all services, half twin : 100% tour fare + 100% domestic air fare (if any)
- Deposit : for normal season it is required to deposit 50% of pro forma invoice, 09 days before arrival date. The balance should be made before arrival date.
- for peak season it is required to deposit 50% of pro forma invoice, 18 days of arrival date. The balance should be made 09 days before arrival date.
- Cancellation :

• For cancellation made more than 07 prior to arrival date : 25% of tour fare would be charged
• For cancellation made within 04-07 days prior to arrival date : 50% of tour fare would be charged
• For Cancellation made within more than 24-72 hours prior to arrival date : 75% of tour fare would be charged
• For cancellation made within 24 hours or No Show : 100% of tour fare would be charge

Inclusions :
- Hotel with daily breakfast, twin/tripple sharing
- Meals : 8 USD per adult per main meal (B: breakfast,L:lunch,D:dinner)
- Transfer by air conditioned coach
- Local English or Indonesian or Chinese Speaking guide
- Admision Fees
- Our gifts : tourist cap, mineral water (02 bottles/adult/day), fresh tissue (02 items/adult/day)



Exclusions :
- Visas to Vietnam and to Cambodia if any
- Personal expenses, single supplement, drinks, laundry, telephone et cetera
- High peak season 7 National holidays surcharges
- All international air tickets
- All local & international banking fee
- Tourist insurance
- tipping & other services not mentioned above
